oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu, 04.04.2024 tarihinde, Şirket merkezinde toplanarak, aşağıda belirtilen hususta karar almıştır: Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nca yayımlanan Sermaye Piyasasında Bağımsız Denetim Standartları Hakkında Tebliğ hükümleri çerçevesinde, Denetim Komitesi'nin 04.04.2024 tarihli bağımsız denetçi seçimine ilişkin olarak yapmış olduğu değerlendirmeler dikkate alınarak;  Şirket'in 2024 yılı mali tablo ve raporlarının Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu uyarınca denetlenmesi ile bu konulardaki ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamında diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere, 0734078053400012 Mersis numaralı, Kavacık Mahallesi Fatih Sultan Mehmet Cad. N 10/3 Beykoz/İstanbul adresinde mukim İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü'ne 945243-0 sicil numarası ile kayıtlı Reform Bağımsız Denetim Anonim Şirketi'nin (Beykoz V.D.- 7340780534)'nin bağımsız denetçi olarak 2023 mali yılına ait Olağan Genel Kurul'da önerilmesine, katılanların oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir. N 10/3 Beykoz/Istanbul,  as the independent auditor for the fiscal year of 2024,  in the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of 2023.
