At the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Company held on May 5, 2025, it was resolved that, in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and the Capital Markets Law, the financial statements of the Company for the 2025 fiscal year shall be subject to independent audit, and that the relevant other activities be carried out accordingly. In this context, Reform Bağımsız Denetim Anonim Şirketi (Tax N 7340780534, MERSIS N 0734078053400012), registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office under registration number 945243-0 and located at Kavacık Mahallesi, Fatih Sultan Mehmet Cad. N 10/3, Beykoz/Istanbul, has been appointed as the independent auditor. The General Assembly resolution regarding this appointment was registered and announced by the Trade Registry Office on May 14, 2025.
