Declaration of Responsibility in Accordance with Article 9 of Section 2 of the Capital Markets Board Communiqué No. II, 14.1

In accordance with the Communiqué on Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets No. II-14.1 ("Communiqué") and the Communiqué on Corporate Governance No. II-17.1, within the framework of the Corporate Governance Compliance Report (URF) and the Corporate Governance Information Form (KYBF) pursuant to Capital Markets Board regulations;


a) We declare that we have reviewed our company's financial statements and activity report for the period ending on June 30, 2025, prepared in accordance with IAS/IFRS.


b) Based on the information we possess within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in the company, we declare that the aforementioned financial statements and activity report do not contain any untrue statements on significant matters or any omissions that could lead to misleading conclusions as of the date of the statement.


c) Based on the information we possess within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in the company, we declare that these financial statements, prepared in accordance with IAS/IFRS as per this communiqué, accurately reflect the true status of the company's assets, liabilities, financial position, and profit and loss, and that the activity report accurately reflects the development and performance of the business and the financial situation of the company, including significant risks and uncertainties it faces.
