OUR STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 9 OF SECTION II OF THE COMMUNIQUÉ SERIAL: II, NO: 14.1 OF THE CAPITAL MARKETS BOARD

Within the framework of the Communiqué Serial II-14.1 on the Principles of Financial Reporting in the Capital Markets (the "Communiqué") and the Communiqué Serial II-17.1 on Corporate Governance, and in accordance with the regulations of the Capital Markets Board ("CMB"), with respect to the Corporate Governance Compliance Report (CRF) and the Corporate Governance Information Form (CGIF):

a) We have reviewed the Company's financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2025, prepared in accordance with IAS/IFRS, and the annual report;

b) Within the scope of our duties and responsibilities at the Company, and based on the information available to us in this capacity, the aforementioned financial statements and annual report do not contain any untrue statement of a material fact nor any omission that would render the statements misleading as of the date of disclosure;

c) Within the scope of our duties and responsibilities at the Company, and based on the information available to us in this capacity, the financial statements prepared in accordance with IAS/IFRS pursuant to this Communiqué present fairly, in all material respects, the Company's assets, liabilities, financial position and profit or loss, and the annual report fairly reflects the development and performance of the Company's business and its financial position, together with the significant risks and uncertainties it faces.
