Dividend Payment Table Explanation
|
Yönetim Kurul üyeleri şirket merkezinde toplanarak aşağıdaki kararı almışlardır.
Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-14,1 sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenen, şirketimize ait mali tablolarda yer alan 2.199.682,00 –TL tutarındaki net karının;

Şirketin oluşabilecek nakit ihtiyacının karşılanması ve ihracatın finansmanında kullanmak üzere şirket bünyesinde olağanüstü yedek akçe olarak bırakılarak dağıtılmamasına,
2.
Bu yönde alınan kararın 2018 yılında gerçekleşecek ilk olağan genel kurul toplantısında ortakların onayına sunulmasına
Oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
