Trend Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı Anonim Şirketi Yönetim Kurulu üyeleri 29.03.2022 tarihine şirket merkezinde toplanarak aşağıda belirtilen kararı almışlardır.
Şirketimizin 01.01.2021–31.12.2021 dönemine ait, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK) 'nun II-14.1 sayılı tebliğ kapsamında Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları/Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TMS/TFRS) hükümlerine ve SPK tarafından belirlenen uyulması zorunlu formata uygun olarak hazırlanan bağımsız denetim firması HSY Danışmanlık ve Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş tarafından denetlenen finansal tablolarımıza göre 27.736.308 TL net dönem karı elde edilmiş olup Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) kayıtlarına göre ise, 21.337.436,59 TL cari yıl karı elde edilmiştir.
Şirketimiz 2022 yılında, halihazırda portföyünde yer alan Sultanbeyli Arsasında geliştirilecek projenin yanısıra fizibilite çalışmaları devam eden iki adet yeni projeleri hayata geçireceğinden, ihtiyaç duyulabilecek projelerin finansmanını sağlamak amacıyla ve gerekçesiyle 01.01.2021-31.12.2021 dönemine ait karın kar payı dağıtımına konu edilmemesine ve bu hususun Şirketimiz Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında pay sahiplerimizin bilgisi ve onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
