Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu 01.02.2019 tarihinde Şirket merkezimizde toplanarak ,
Şirketimiz 01.01.2018-31.12.2018 faaliyet döneminde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun II-14.1 sayılı tebliğine göre hazırlanan konsolide olmayan finansal tablolarımıza göre 1.159.391-,TL(birmilyonyüzellidokuzbinüçyüzdoksanbir) dönem karı ve Vergi Usul Kanunları uyarınca hazırlanan yasal kayıtlardaki finansal tablolarımıza göre 750.423,-TL(yediyüzellibindörtyüzyirmiüç) dönem karı elde etmiştir.
Şirketimizin önceki dönemde gayrimenkul satışından elde ettiği dönem karının Kurumlar Vergisi Kanunu uyarınca fon hesabına çekilmesine, yasal kayıtlarında bulunan cari yıl dönem karından kanunen geçmiş yıllar zararlarının mahsup edilmesine,
Söz konusu dönemde elde edilen karın Geçmiş Yıl Karları hesabında Şirket bünyesinde bırakılmasına,
Kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına,
Kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına ilişkin hususun 2018 yılına ait genel kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin bilgisine ve genel kurulun onayına sunulmasına oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
