04.03.2019 tarihinde yapılan olağan genel kurul toplantısında;
Şirketimiz 01.01.2018-31.12.2018 faaliyet döneminde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun II-14.1 sayılı tebliğine göre hazırlanan konsolide olmayan finansal tablolarımıza göre 1.159.391,00 TL(birmilyonyüzellidokuzbinüçyüzdoksanbir) dönem karı ve Vergi Usul Kanunları uyarınca hazırlanan yasal kayıtlardaki finansal tablolarımıza göre 866.242,94-TL(sekizyüzaltmışaltıbinikiyüzkırkiki lira doksandört kuruş) dönem karı elde etmiştir.
Yönetim Kurulumuzun 01.02.2019 tarih, 2019/008 sayılı kararıyla almış olduğu;
Şirketimizin önceki dönemde gayrimenkul satışından elde ettiği dönem karının Kurumlar Vergisi Kanunu uyarınca fon hesabına çekilmesi,
Yasal kayıtlarında bulunan cari yıl dönem karından kanunen geçmiş yıllar zararlarının mahsup edilmesi, Söz konusu dönemde elde edilen karın Geçmiş Yıl Karları hesabında Şirket bünyesinde bırakılması,
Kar dağıtımı yapılmaması yönündeki önerisi görüşüldü, pay sahiplerinin onayına sunuldu ve katılanların oybirliği ile kabul edildi.
