Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu 12.03.2021 tarihinde Şirket merkezinde toplanarak, 01.01.2020-31.12.2020 hesap döneminde vergi bilançosuna göre zarar etmiş olması nedeniyle Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Kar Payı Tebliği (II-19.1)'ne göre kar dağıtma imkanı bulunmamaktadır. Bu nedenle 2020 yılı olağan genel kurul toplantısında kar dağıtımı yapılamayacağının pay sahiplerinin bilgisine ve genel kurulun onayına sunulmasına oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
13.04.2021 tarihinde yapılan genel kurul toplantısında kar payı dağıtılamayacağı yönündeki yönetim kurulu kararı onaylanmıştır.
