Şirketimizin 2017 yılı faaliyet dönemine ait, Türkiye Finansal Raporlar Standartları'na göre düzenlenmiş olan Konsolide Finansal Tablolarının incelenmesi sonucunda, 01.01.2017 - 31.12.2017 döneminde oluşan ana ortak payına düşen 1.689.292 TL net konsolide kardan, Türk Ticaret Kanunu hükümleri çerçevesinde 28.576,81 TL tutarında genel kanuni yedek ayrıldıktan sonra yasal kayıtlardan karşılanabilen 270.000 TL (her 1-TL'lik hisse başına brüt 0,0380 TL, her 1-TL'lik hisse başına net 0,0323 TL ) tutarında brüt kar payının nakit olarak dağıtılması, kalan kârın olağanüstü yedek akçe olarak ayrılması, kâr payının 21 Mayıs 2018 tarihinden itibaren ödenmesi hususları Olağan Genel Kurul tarafından onaylanmıştır.
