01.01.2023 - 31.12.2023 döneminde oluşan ana ortak payına düşen konsolide 136.326.975 TL net dönem kârından Türk Ticaret Kanunu hükümleri çerçevesinde hesaplanan 1.175.777,92 TL tutarında birinci genel kanuni yedek akçe düşüldükten sonra yasal kayıtlardan karşılanabilen 31.240.000 TL nakit kar payı dağıtımından sonra hesaplanan 3.053.000 TL tutarındaki ikinci kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra kalan 100.858.197,08 TL net dönem kârının geçmiş yıl kârlarına aktarılmasına, nakit kâr payının 24 Temmuz 2024 tarihinden itibaren yapılmasına, Genel Kurul'a katılanların 11.274.046 kabul oyu kabul oyu ile ve oy birliğiyle karar verildi.
