Şirketimizin 25.04.2022 tarihinde yapılan 2021 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında,
Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulunun 16.03.2022 tarihli teklifinde yer alan, Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (II-14.1) hükümleri dâhilinde, Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TMS/TFRS)'na uygun olarak hazırlanan, bağımsız denetimden geçmiş, 01.01.2021-31.12.2021 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarına göre 51.871.360 TL kâr, TTK ve Vergi Usul Kanununa uygun olarak hazırlanan aynı döneme ilişkin solo finansal tablolarına göre 32.086.147 TL kâr edilmiş olduğu, Şirketin kâr dağıtım politikası dikkate alınarak, 2021 yılı için15.000.000 kâr dağıtılmasına, yasal kayıtlarımıza göre oluşan kârdan Türk Ticaret Kanununa göre ayrılması zorunlu genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedeklere aktarılmasına ilişkin önerisi kabul edilerek kar dağıtım tarihine ilişkin verilen önerge doğrultusunda kar dağıtımı ödemesinin 16.05.2022 ve 18.07.2022 tarihlerinde 2 eşit taksit şeklinde yapılmasına karar verilmiştir.
