It is agreed to make 5% partnership with Ratio Enerji A.S. which develops software programs on energy systems

Ratio Enerji, is developing software programs on energy storage system management, energy trade optimization and energy feasibility studies in Turkey and abroad since 2019

The Company is currently providing services to energy sector via Artificial Intelligent supported Energy Storage Management System (RatioEMS) and Feasibility Studies on Energy Investments (RatioSIM)

Ratio Enerji's software programs will be utilized in energy storage systems to be produced by Reap Batarya which is our group companies and will be presented to our customer as productive, reliable and durable goods.

Our group which is working on establishing an ecosystem surrounding energy technologies;

"Reap Batarya" producing Energy storage systems

  • "Ni-Cat" making Research&Development works on  and producing Cathode which is the most important component of lithium-ion  battery cells

  • "Ion Membra" developing Research&Development  on Separator which is a component of in battery and hydrogen technologies

Get another Step via partnership with Ratio Enerji developing energy management systems.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
