We have signed an agreement to have share 49% at Seiso Enerji Sistemleri Mühendislik Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.Ş. which operates in construction and development of of solar power plant

Seiso enerji which was estabished in 2008 is Pioneer in solar power sector at industrial and commercial roof solar plant at abroad and domestic market and has completed 300 MW capacity so far. Some of selected Project completed so far is roof solar power plant at Antalya Stadium, first tracker solar system in Turkey and 150 MW at Benelux countries (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg)

Solimpeks Energy Group which owns majority stake in Seiso, experienced at production of boiler, heat pump, highly productive flat collector used in residential and industrial heating since 2000s, is exporting over 80 countries and is reaching residential and commercial market in Turkey through over 200 dealers.

Yeo Teknoloji which aims to construct an ecosystem on energy Technologies, is targeting to reach widespread customer profile in Turkey via roof solar projects at residents, commercial and industrial facilities, to increase market share of micro grid operations of solar projects below capacity of 10 MW and to spread out financial instruments all over Turkey through this partnership.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
