Birleşik Krallık'ta kurulu olan ve Şirketimizin %50 hisse sahibi olduğu iştiraki Rey Energy Ltd. ile Mauritius'ta kurulu bir şirket arasında Tanzanya'da kurulacak Güneş Enerjisi Santrali'nin (GES) anahtar teslim kurulumu (dizayn, mühendislik, tedarik, montaj, test ve devreye alma), trafo merkezlerinin inşaatı ve bölgenin ihtiyaç duyduğu şebeke altyapısı işi için 33.000.000 USD bedelle sözleşme imzalanmıştır.

Zambiya, Tanzanya, Mozambik gibi ülkelerde yenilenebilir enerji santralleri geliştiren grubumuz üstlenmiş olduğu bu proje ile Afrika'da da bölge halkının refahına önemli katkılar yapacaktır

Söz konusu proje, şirketimizin küresel hedeflerini büyüterek, yenilenebilir enerji sektöründe dünya çapında bir oyuncu olma vizyonunu güçlendirecektir.

Rey Energy Ltd., a subsidiary of our Company, established in the United Kingdom, in which we own 50% of the shares. for the turnkey installation (design, engineering, supply, assembly, testing and commissioning) of the Solar Power Plant (SPP) to be established in Tanzania between a company established in Mauritius and the construction of substations and the network infrastructure work needed by the region. A contract was signed for 33.000.000 USD.

Our group, which develops renewable energy power plants in countries such as Zambia, Tanzania and Mozambique, will make significant contributions to the welfare of the people of the region in Africa with this project it has undertaken.

The project in question will strengthen our company's vision of becoming a worldwide player in the renewable energy sector by expanding its global goals.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
