Şirketimiz ile Türkiye'nin önde gelen demir çelik üreticilerinden Yazıcı Demir Çelik arasında Lisanssız Elektrik Üretim Yönetmeliğinin 5.1.h maddesi kapsamında, proje geliştirme dahil anahtar teslimi güneş santrali kurulum hizmeti için USD 66.000.000+KDV tutarında sözleşme imzalanmıştır.

Sözleşme kapsamında verilecek hizmetler; tesislerin inşa edileceği arazilerin bulunması, kullanım haklarının alınması, çağrı mektuplarının alınması, ÇED raporlarının hazırlanması, imar süreçlerinin takibi, yapı ruhsatlarının alınması, izin ve ruhsatlarının alınması, güneş santralinin inşası, yüksek gerilim trafo merkezi ve enerji iletim hatlarının yapımı işleridir.

Avrupa Birliği'nin karbon nötr politikaları doğrultusunda demir çelik sektörü paydaşlarının karbonsuzlaştırma stratejisine önemli katkılar yapacak olan projelerle müşterimizin karbon hedeflerine katkı sağlayacağız.

We signed a new contract with contract value of USD 66.000.000+VAT whose subject is turn key construction of solar power plant including project development phase with Yazici Demir Çelik, Turkiye's leading steel producer, under scope of article 5.1.h. Of Regulation on License Free Electricity Generation.

The services to be provided under the scope of contract are; purchase of the land and obtaining the usage right on which the Solar PV will be constructed, obtaining grid connection approval, getting the environmental impact report, getting the construction permit and license, construct of Solar PV plant, high voltage substation and transmission line.

We will continue to create value add to zero-carbon targets of our customers with new projects which is part of decarbonization strategies of steel producers under the European Union's net-zero policies

We continue to supply high value added turn-key solutions of not only engineering, procurement, const but also project development fitting the long term targets of our customers.
