Our company has signed a contract with Vodafone Telekomünikasyon A.Ş., one of Turkey's leading telecommunications operators, for the development, turnkey installation, operation, and financing of a Solar Power Plant (SPP) under the ESCO-Build-Operate-Transfer model, in accordance with Article 5.1.h of the Unlicensed Electricity Production Regulation.

With an investment budget of approximately 100 million USD, the project will be realized through a turnkey installation, with the financing provided by our company. The operation and maintenance period has been set at 15 years, during which 200 GWh of electricity is expected to be generated annually, totaling 3.000 GWh over the 15-year period.

The services provided under the contract include locating suitable land for the facilities, acquiring usage rights, obtaining connection permits, preparing Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports, following zoning procedures, obtaining construction permits, securing necessary approvals and licenses, constructing the solar power plant, building high voltage transformer stations and energy transmission lines, securing financing, and operating the facilities.

This project will significantly contribute to Vodafone Telekomünikasyon A.Ş.'s decarbonization strategy by supporting its current use of green energy, enabling the company to meet a significant portion of its consumption through renewable energy.
