We signed a new contract with contract value of 2.036.396.129,56 TL including VAT of which 1.820.925.695,55 TL is land solar power plant and 215.470.434 TL is roof type solar power plant whose subject is turn key construction of solar power plant including project development phase with Karesi Polyester ve Petrokimya Sanayi A.Ş., Turkiye's leading one of the leading polyester producers, under scope of article 5.1.h. Of Regulation on License Free Electricity Generation.

Additionally, a framework contract was signed for the project development and turnkey installation services of the land-type SPP projects with an installed capacity of 150 MWp to be developed to meet the consumption of Petrochemical facilities owned by Karesi Polyester.

The services to be provided under the scope of contract are; purchase of the land and obtaining the usage right on which the Solar PV will be constructed, obtaining grid connection approval, getting the environmental impact report, getting the construction permit and license, construct of Solar PV plant, high voltage substation and transmission line.

Our company has also been authorized for the financing of the Project and will undertake providing long-term credit facilities to be provided by ECA (Export Credit Agency).
