oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 30.04.2025 tarihli toplantısında; 1.Şirketimizin esas sözleşmesinin Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına uyumlu hale getirilmesi için esas sözleşmemizin SÜRE başlıklı 5. Maddesi ile YÖNETİM KURULU ve SÜRESİ başlıklı 7.maddesinin ekteki şekilde tadil edilmesine, 2.Esas Sözleşme Tadil Metni'nin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na ve Ticaret Bakanlığı'nın onayına sunulmasına, 3.Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun ve Ticaret Bakanlığı'nın Esas Sözleşme Tadil Metni 'ne uygun görüş vermesi halinde, Esas Sözleşme Tadil Metni'nin Genel Kurul da pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir. Bu çerçevede Sermaye Piyasası Kuruluna 05.05.2025 günü Esas Sözleşme tadilinin onayı için başvuru yapılmıştır.		At the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors held on April 30, 2025: It  was resolved to amend Article 5 titled "TERM" and Article 7  titled "BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND ITS TERM" of the Company's  Articles of Association in the manner attached hereto, in order to ensure  compliance with Capital Markets Legislation, It  was resolved to submit the Draft Amendment Text of the Articles of  Association to the Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Trade for  their approval, Provided  that the Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Trade issue favorable  opinions regarding the Draft Amendment Text of the Articles of  Association, it was resolved to submit said amendments for approval at the  General Assembly meeting of the shareholders. In this context, an application was submitted to the Capital Markets Board on May 5, 2025, for approval of the amendment to the Articles of Association.
