DEFIC Globe Enerji A.Ş. (Defic Globe), which we holds 51% of the shares, has signed a partnership agreement with a Swiss based investment company to jointly realize the investment of 3 separate solar power plants with a total capacity of 105 MWp owned by subsidiaries of Defic established in Romania.

Within the scope of the agreement, the turnkey construction of the power plants, including engineering services, installation of high voltage substations and power transmission lines, will be carried out by our Group companies.
Having previously signed agreements with China's Shanghai Electric Power with a capacity of 129 MWp and Norway's Scatec with a capacity of 190 MWp to build solar power plants together, the new agreement of 105 MWp brings the total installed capacity of SPPs to 419 MWp. With this strong experience, the Company continues to grow on a global scale in the renewable energy sector with determination.
