Şirketimiz ile Türkiye'nin önde gelen sağlık kuruluşlarından Medikal Park Hastaneler Grubu iştirakleri arasında, üç farklı bölgede güneş enerjisi santrallerinin geliştirilmesi, finansmanı ve kurulumu kapsamında Yap-İşlet-Devret (ESCO) modeli ile bir sözleşme imzalanmıştır.

Tümünün bir yıl içinde devreye alınması planlanan ve finansmanı YEO Teknoloji tarafından üstlenilecek olan bu güneş santralleri, 5 yıllık işletme süresinin sonunda MLP Sağlık Grubu'na devredilecektir. İşletme dönemi boyunca elde edilecek toplam tahsilat tutarının KDV dahil yaklaşık 29 milyon USD seviyesinde olması öngörülmektedir.

Kurulacak santrallerden sağlanacak yeşil enerji ile, MLP Grubu'nun Samsun ve Gaziantep'teki hastaneleriyle, İstinye Üniversitesi'nin elektrik tüketiminin tamamı yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarından karşılanmış olacaktır.

YEO Teknoloji olarak; daha önce açıkladığımız ve Vodafone'un iç tüketim ihtiyacını karşılamak üzere hayata geçirilecek 120 MWp kapasiteli ESCO sözleşmesi ile bu alana güçlü bir giriş yapmıştık. MLP Sağlık Grubu ile imzalanan bu yeni sözleşme ise, finansmanını üstlendiğimiz, uygulama ve işletme sorumluluğunu taşıdığımız ESCO modelindeki yetkinliğimizi bir kez daha kanıtlamakta; bu alandaki büyümemizi ve farklılaşmamızı kararlılıkla sürdürdüğümüzü göstermektedir.

We signed a contract with the subsidiaries of Medical Park Hospitals Group, one of Turkey's leading healthcare organizations, under the Build-Operate-Transfer (ESCO) model for the development, installation and financing of solar power plants in three different regions in Turkiye.

These solar power plants, all of which are planned to be commissioned within a year and will be financed by YEO Technology, will be transferred to MLP Healthcare Group at the end of the 5-year operation period. The total amount to be collected during the operation period is estimated to be approximately 29 million USD including VAT.

With the green energy to be provided from the power plants to be installed, all of the electricity consumption of MLP Group's hospitals in Samsun and Gaziantep and Istinye University will be met from renewable energy sources.

As YEO Technology, we have made a strong entry into this field with the previously announced ESCO contract with a capacity of 120 MWp, which will be implemented to meet Vodafone's domestic consumption needs. This new contract signed with MLP Healthcare Group once again proves our competence in the ESCO model, which we have undertaken the financing, implementation and operation responsibility, and shows that we continue our growth and differentiation in this field with determination.
