Şirketimiz ile yurt dışında yürütülmekte olan bir proje kapsamında yurt dışı merkezli bir müşteri arasında, güneş enerjisi santralinin anahtar teslim inşasına ilişkin 75.769.139 EUR tutarındaki sözleşmenin temel şartlarını düzenleyen bağlayıcı bir protokol (EPC Term Sheet) imzalanmıştır.

Projenin finansman süreçlerinin tamamlanmasını takiben taraflar arasında anahtar teslim EPC sözleşmesi imzalanacak olup, ilgili sözleşmenin yürürlüğe girmesiyle projenin icrasına başlanacaktır.

We signed A binding protocol (EPC Term Sheet) outlining the essential terms of the EUR 75,769,139 contract for the turnkey construction of a solar power plant with a customer based abroad in a foreign country.

Following the completion of the project's financing processes, a turnkey EPC contract will be executed between the parties, and the implementation of the project will commence upon the entry into force of the said contract.
