In our material event disclosure dated July 31, 2024, we announced that we signed a contract with Yazici Demir for the construction of solar power plant installation with amount of USD 66,000,000 + VAT.
The contract amount for the projects has been increased by USD 7,848,684 to USD 73,848,684 + VAT.
Through this contract, financing for the solar power plant will be provided via a financial solution jointly developed with GE Vernova, with favorable interest rates and long-term credit provided through Cesce (Spanish Export Credit Agency).
Under Article 5.1.h of the License-Free Electricity Production Regulation, the services to be provided under the turnkey contract, including project development, are as follows: locating the land where the facilities will be built, acquiring usage rights, obtaining letters of invitation, preparing EIA reports, following up on zoning processes, obtaining building permits, obtaining permits and licenses, constructing the solar power plant, and building the high-voltage transformer station and energy transmission lines.
