We signed a contract with Ekinciler Demir Çelik A.Ş., one of Turkey's leading iron and steel producers, to establish a 35.2 MWp capacity Solar Power Plant under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, in accordance with Article 5.1.h of the License-Free Electricity Production Regulation, for the purpose of meeting the electricity consumption of the company's factory in İskenderun.
With an investment budget of approximately $28 million USD, the project will be executed in Eskişehir. Our company will undertake all investment and project financing, including turnkey installation, and the operation and maintenance period has been set at 10 years. The project aims to generate approximately 65 GWh of electricity annually.
This project, which will significantly contribute to Ekinciler Demir Çelik A.Ş.'s decarbonization strategy by supporting its current green energy usage, aims to meet a significant portion of the company's electricity consumption from renewable energy sources.

While continuing our investments and ESCO activities realized through our 100% subsidiary, CALL Energy, in line with our strategy of generating long-term and sustainable revenues, we continue to develop new projects and pursue direct investment opportunities. The ESCO project portfolio has exceeded 200 MW, and the goal is to maintain this strong growth momentum in this area in the coming period.
