In our disclosure published on the public disclosure platform on 25 March 2026, we announced that the contract signed between Reap Batarya Teknolojileri A.Ş. (Our 100% owned subsidiary), and Endoks Enerji A.Ş. with amount of 15,938, 617 US dollars, and that Endoks Enerji A.Ş. held an option to increase the contract amount by 15,207,629 US dollars.

This option has been exercised by Endoks Enerji A.Ş. and the contract value has been increased to 31,146,246 US dollars.

Under the contract, battery energy storage units with a 1C charge-discharge rate will be manufactured at our factory in Tuzla, Istanbul, which is wholly owned by our subsidiary Reap Batarya Teknolojileri A.Ş., with a delivery period of six months.
