Şirketimizin 400.000.000 TL olan kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde 200.000.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin mevcut ortakların rüçhan haklarının kullanılarak tamamı nakden olmak üzere 65.000.000 TL tutarında (%32,50 bedelli) artırılarak 265.000.000 TL'ye çıkartılması ile ilgili olarak nakit olarak artırılan 65.000.000 TL nominal değerli payların ihracı izahnamede belirtilen koşullar çerçevesinde tamamlanarak bedelleri nakden ve tamamen ödenmiş olması sebebiyle, Şirketimizin yeni çıkarılmış sermayesi 265.000.000 TL'ye yükselmiş olup, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanan şirketimiz Esas sözleşmesinin "Şirketin Sermayesi " başlıklı 6. maddesinin tadil metni 21.12.2021 tarihinde İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü'nce tescil edilmiş ve 21.12.2021 tarihli ve 10477 sayılı T.T.S.G.'nde yayımlanmıştır.
