Şirketimiz ile APG Airlines arasında; Şirketimizin dağıtım altyapısının kullanımına istinaden 5 yıllık "Acente Dağıtım Sistemi Sözleşmesi" ("Sözleşme") akdedilmiştir. Bu Sözleşme uyarınca, APG ve anlaşmalı havayolları uçuşlarının ve diğer ek ürün ve hizmetlerinin ("Havayolu İçeriği") yetkili acenteler tarafından en güncel IATA standartlarına uygun şekilde satışı ve yönetimi mümkün hale gelmektedir.

Bu Özel Durum Açıklaması Türkçe ve İngilizce hazırlanmış olup iki metin arasında herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

An "Agency Distribution System agreement" (the "Agreement") was signed between our company and APG Airlines for a period of 5 years, regarding the use of our company's distribution infrastructure. Under this Agreement, the sale and management of APG and partner airline flights and other additional products and services ("Airline Content") by authorized agents, in accordance with the latest IATA standards, is made possible.

This Material Event Disclosure is prepared in Turkish and in English. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, Turkish disclosure will prevail.
