Şirketimiz ile AJet Hava Taşımacılığı A.Ş. arasında Şirketimizin Crane Acente Portalı ("Crane APP") kullanımına istinaden belirsiz süreli "Dağıtım Hizmetleri Sözleşmesi" akdedilmiştir.

Sözleşme'nin Gizlilik hükümlerine istinaden ilgili Şirket tarafından kamuya açıklama yapılmasına izin verilinceye kadar, bu bilginin açıklanması Şirketimizce 19.04.2024 tarihli onay çerçevesinde ertelenmiştir.

Bu Özel Durum Açıklaması Türkçe ve İngilizce hazırlanmış olup iki metin arasında herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

An indefinite-term "Distribution Services Agreement" has been executed between our Company and AJet Hava Taşımacılığı A.Ş. in relation to the use of our Company's Crane Agency Portal ("Crane APP").

In accordance with the confidentiality provisions of the Agreement, the disclosure of this information was postponed pursuant to our Company's approval dated April 19, 2024, until the relevant company grants permission for public disclosure.

This Material Event Disclosure is prepared in Turkish and in English. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, Turkish disclosure will prevail.
