On June 21, 2022, MPARK shares with TL 50,043 nominal value were repurchased within a price range of TL 33.96 – TL 34.30 (weighted average TL 34.11) per share on Istanbul Stock Exchange by MLP Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş.,

As of June 21, 2022, total nominal value of repurchased shares have become TL 790,000 which represents 0.3797% of the share capital, following the transactions.
