On June 29, 2022, MPARK shares with TL 71,000 nominal value were repurchased within a price range of TL 32.68 – TL 33.56 (weighted average TL 33.17) per share on Istanbul Stock Exchange by MLP Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş.,

As of June 29, 2022, total nominal value of repurchased shares have become TL 1,169,000 which represents 0.5619% of the share capital, following the transactions.
