On June 30, 2022, MPARK shares with TL 74,960 nominal value were repurchased within a price range of TL 32.10 – TL 33.20 (weighted average TL 32.63) per share on Istanbul Stock Exchange by MLP Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş.,

As of June 30, 2022, total nominal value of repurchased shares have become TL 1,243,960 which represents 0.5980% of the share capital, following the transactions.
