oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		19.08.2022 tarihli açıklamamıza konu olan, Şirketimizce 750.000.000 TL (Yediyüzellimilyon Türk Lirası)'na kadar nominal değerli, 5 (beş) yıla kadar vadeli, Türk Lirası cinsinden, yurt içinde, bir veya birden çok seferde, halka arz edilmeksizin nitelikli yatırımcılara satış şeklinde borçlanma aracı ihraç edilmesine ve bu kapsamda ihraç belgesinin geçerlilik süresi olan bir yıl içerisinde gerçekleştirilecek ihraçlara ilişkin başvurumuz Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu ("SPK") tarafından onaylanmıştır. Başvuru formu ve onaylı ihraç belgesi ekte yer almaktadır. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi bilgi amaçlı yapılmıştır. Türkçe ve İngilizce metinlerde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.		Related to our announcement dated August 19, 2022, our Company's application regarding the issuance of debt securities with a nominal amount up to TL 750,000,000 (Seven Hundred and Fifty Million Turkish Liras), maturity up to 5 (five) years, denominated in Turkish Lira, to be sold one or more at a time, without public offering to qualified investors in the domestic market within one year, in line with the validity period of the issuance of the certificate is approved by the Capital Markets Board ("CMB"). Application form and approved issuance certificate are attached. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
