The General Assembly resolution dated April 26, 2023 on the selection of DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. (A Member of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited) as the independent auditor to audit our Company's financial reports for the year 2023 accounting period and to fulfill all other obligations required for the auditors by Turkish Commercial Code numbered 6102 and Capital Markets Law numbered 6362 and related regulations has been registered on May 18, 2023 and published on May 22, 2023 in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette.
