Our Company's Board of Directors took the following decisions at its meeting dated May 31, 2023, in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Debt Securities numbered II-31.1 and Article 31 of the Capital Market Law; Our Company will be authorized to apply to the Capital Markets Board regarding the issuance of debt securities to with a nominal amount up to 1,500,000,000 TL (One Billion Five Hundred Million Turkish Liras), maturity up to 5 (five) years, denominated in Turkish Lira, to be sold one or more at a time, without public offering to qualified investors in the domestic market within one year, in line with the validity period of the issuance of the certificate expected to be approved by the Capital Markets Board. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
