("MLP Care") yönetim kurulu; • İstanbul ilinde faaliyet gösteren Özel Medistanbul Hastanesi'nin ruhsatının Şirketimiz bünyesine alınmasına, • Özel Medistanbul Hastanesi isminin Özel Medicalpark Tem Hastanesi olarak değiştirilmesine, ilişkin karar vermiştir. Ruhsat devir işlemleri 25 Ağustos 2025 tarihi itibariyle tamamlanmış olan Özel Medicalpark Tem Hastanesi 35.000 metrekare kapalı alana ve 62 yatak kapasitesine sahiptir. Hastanenin yatak kapasitesinin yeni bir ruhsat ile birleştirilerek 150 yataklı bir hastaneye çıkarılması planlanmaktadır. Bu açıklamada bahsi geçen işlemlere ilişkin olarak, Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu tarafından Özel Durumlar Tebliği (II-15.1) 6. maddesi kapsamında içsel bilginin açıklanmasının ertelenmesi kararı verilmiştir. Bu karar; piyasaya yönelik olası müdahalelerin önlenmesi, şirketimizin yasal haklarının ve menfaatinin korunması ve sürecin adil, eşit ve tarafsız bir şekilde gerçekleşmesinin sağlanması amacıyla SPK tebliğleri uyarınca verilmiş olup erteleme sebebi ortadan kalkar kalkmaz işbu açıklama yapılmıştır.		In line with the strategy of growing with mid-large scale hospitals in metropolitan areas, MLP Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş.'s ("MLP Care") board has taken the following decisions: • To obtain the licence of Özel Medistanbul Hospital through our Company, • To change Özel Medistanbul Hospital's name to Özel Medicalpark Tem Hospital. Özel Medicalpark Tem Hospital, whose licence transfer processes have been completed as of August 25, 2025, has 35 thousand sqm closed area and 62 beds capacity. The hospital's bed capacity is planned to be increased to 150 beds through consolidation with a new license. Regarding the transaction mentioned in these disclosure, our Company's Board of Directors has previously decided to postpone the disclosure of insider information within the scope of Article 6 of the Communiqué on Material Events Disclosure (II-15.1). This decision was made in accordance with the CMB communiqués in order to prevent possible interventions in the market, to protect the legal rights and interests of our company and to ensure that the process is carried out in a fair, equal and impartial manner, and this statement was made as soon as the reason for the postponement was removed. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
