It has been agreed that the entire real estate asset owned by our Company, located in İstanbul Province, Ataşehir District, Küçükbakkalköy Neighborhood, registered under parcel number 3409, block 9, with a total land area of 13,625 sqm and classified as land, will be transferred to Sanport Gayrimenkul Geliştirme İnşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş. for a total consideration of USD 25,000,000. It has also been agreed that a hospital building to be constructed on the said land will be operated by our Company.

The title deed transfer and payment transactions relating to the agreement were completed as of 12.05.2026, and the construction works for the hospital building have been initiated.

The hospital building is expected to have a total construction area of 50,000 sqm.

This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
