Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı uyarınca düşük olan tutarın kar payı olarak dağıtılması öngörüldüğünden VUK kayıtları uyarınca 01.01.2022-31.12.2022 hesap dönemine ait birinci tertip yasal akçeler ayrıldıktan sonra oluşan 484.952.430,12 TL üzerinden 34.425.000 TL'nin ikinci yasal yedek akçe olarak ayrılması ile dağıtılabilir dönem karı 450.527.430,12 TL olmaktadır.
