The amendment regarding the article 6th of our Company's Articles of Association titled "Share Transfer and Merger" was accepted at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on Thursday, April 25, 2024, and the stated amendment to the articles of association was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office today (23.05.2024). It was announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 23.05.2024 and no 11088. We present it to the information of our shareholders and the public. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes.
