Yönetim Kurulumuz'un 05.06.2024 tarihinde aldığı karara göre, Şirketimizin SPK mevzuatına göre 2023 yılı sonu itibarıyla TMS/TFRS ile uyumlu şekilde hazırlanan konsolide finansal tablolarında dağıtılabilir dönem karı bulunmasına karşın, Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre hazırlanan bilançosunda dönem zararı oluşmuş olması sebebiyle yasal kayıtlarında dağıtılabilir dönem karı bulunmadığından 2023 yılına ilişkin kar dağıtımı yapılmaması teklifi Genel Kurulda oy çokluğu ile kabul edilmiştir.
