Yönetim Kurulumuz'un 07.05.2025 tarihinde aldığı karara göre, Şirketimizin SPK mevzuatına göre 2024 yılı sonu itibarıyla TMS/TFRS ile uyumlu şekilde hazırlanan konsolide finansal tablolarında dağıtılabilir dönem karı bulunmaması ve Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre hazırlanan bilançosunda dönem zararı oluşmuş olması sebebiyle yasal kayıtlarında dağıtılabilir dönem karı bulunmadığından 2024 yılına ilişkin kar dağıtımı yapılmaması teklifi Genel Kurulda Oy Birliği ile kabul edilmiştir.
