Şirketimiz tarafından Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" (II-14.1) uyarınca hazırlanan ve İrfan Bağımsız Denetim ve Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 01.01.2023-31.12.2023 faaliyet yılına ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 92.169.263,00-TL net dönem karı, aynı döneme ilişkin Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre düzenlenmiş finansal tablolarımızda ise ödenecek vergiler sonrası (168.532.502,04) TL net dönem zararı olması sebebiyle, ilgili Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu mevzuatına dayalı olarak kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına yönelik Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun teklifi 2023 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul'unda görüşülmüş
ve Genel Kurul tarafından onaylanmıştır.
