Şirketimizin 500.000.000,-TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde 96.000.000,-TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin, 122.755.970,04 TL'si iştirak hissesi satış kazançlarından, 21.244.029,96 TL'si ise emisyon primlerinden karşılanmak üzere 144.000.000 TL artırılarak 240.000.000,-TL'ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin başvurumuzun Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK) tarafından uygun görülerek onaylandığı 21 Haziran 2022 tarihinde yapılan özel durum açıklamasıyla duyurulmuştu.
Duyurumuza istinaden bedelsiz pay alma hakkı kullanım başlangıç tarihi 27.06.2022 olarak belirlenmiştir.
