Şirketimizin 500.000.000,-TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde 96.000.000,-TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin, 122.755.970,04 TL'si iştirak hissesi satış kazançlarından, 21.244.029,96 TL'si ise emisyon primlerinden karşılanmak üzere 144.000.000 TL artırılarak 240.000.000,-TL'ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin başvurumuzun Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK) tarafından uygun görülerek 21.06.2022 tarihinde onaylandığı ve bedelsiz pay alma hakkı kullanım başlangıç tarihinin 27.06.2022 olarak belirlendiği duyurulmuştur.
Şirketimiz çıkarılmış sermayesinin 96.000.000,00 TL'dan 240.000.000,00 TL'sına artırılması kapsamında tadil edilen Esas Sözleşmemizin sermayeye ilişkin 7. Maddesinin yeni şekli İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 28.06.2022 tarihinde tescil edilmiştir.
