Dear Shareholders,

At the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors dated 05.06.2023, it was decided to participate in the capital increase of  BV Teknoloji İş Geliştirme Danışmanlık ve Organizasyon Hizmetleri AŞ, in which our Company holds 20.5% of the shares, from TL 6,628,000 to TL 10,708,000, and to pay TL 836,400, which is our share in the increase, in cash before registration.
It is respectfully announced to the public.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
