Dear Shareholders,

It was announced in our Company's material event disclosures dated 02.06.2023 and 08.06.2023, respectively, that it was decided to participate in the increase of our subsidiary Inveo Portföy Yönetimi AŞ's issued capital of TL 29,741,645 to TL 30,000,000 within the registered capital ceiling to be increased after the increase of the registered capital ceiling of TL 25,000,000 to TL 100,000,000 and that the application made to the Capital Markets Board was approved.

The capital increase of Inveo Portföy Yönetimi AŞ was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 20.06.2023.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
