Within the scope of Corporate Governance Compliance activities, the Company has published the Remuneration Policy, Disclosure Policy, Dividend Distribution Policy, Stakeholders Policy, Compensation Policy, Human Resources Policy and Code of Ethics on the Company's website. Among these policies, the Dividend Distribution Policy has entered into force upon the approval of the General Assembly and the Remuneration Policy has entered into force upon the information of the General Assembly. Environmental and Social Policies have not yet been approved by the Board of Directors. Necessary work is being carried out for compliance within the scope of the Project.

By regulating the Duties and Working Principles of the Corporate Governance Committee, the Company has assigned the Corporate Governance Committee to monitor the Company's compliance with corporate governance principles and sustainability principles, to determine the reasons for non-application of the principles, and to make recommendations to the Company's Board of Directors to improve corporate governance and sustainability practices. The working principles of the Committee were updated and published on the Public Disclosure Platform (PDP). Determined the project team responsible for the implementation of ESG policies.
