Dear Shareholders,

As Inveo Yatırım Holding AŞ, which has always believed in the share of capital markets in the economic development of our country and has contributed to the development of the sector under all circumstances in this direction, in order to contribute to the development of our country's Capital Markets, to strengthen its position in the sector and to increase its performance;

It has been decided to sell 7,500,000 shares corresponding to 25% of the capital of our 30,000,000 shares in Inveo Portföy Yönetimi AŞ, which is 100% owned by our company, to Kanyon Kapital Finansal Danışmanlık Ticaret AŞ for 15,581,309.-TL, free of all encumbrances and with all rights, provided that the necessary permissions are obtained.

Depending on the performance of this co-operation in the future, there may be changes in the shareholding structure of Inveo Portföy Yönetimi AŞ.

We will share the developments about the process with the public in the upcoming period.
