Dear Shareholders,

Within the scope of the buy-back program carried out by our Company between 14.02.2023 - 08.08.2023, INVEO shares owned by our Company reached 4,200,000 shares (1.75% of the Company's capital).

Our Company sold 210,000 INVEO shares today (28.09.2023) at Borsa Istanbul at a price of TL 65.2. With this transaction, the ratio of the buy-back shares by our Company in the Company's capital decreased to 1.66% as of 28.09.2023.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
