Dear Shareholders, The sale of Inveo Yatırım Holding AŞ's financial bond with a 88 day maturity amounting to TL 330,000,000-, which is the second tranche within the total TL 500,000,000 issuance ceiling to be issued to qualified investors domestically and approved by the Capital Markets Board in its meeting dated 16/08/2023 and numbered 47/973, was realized on 29/09/2023 to qualified investors. It is respectfully announced to the public. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
