Dear Shareholders, In the material event disclosure of our Company dated 01.11.2023, in summary; a new issuance ceiling regarding the debt instruments that our Company will issue up to 1,000,000,000 (One Billion) Turkish Lira to be issued in Turkish Lira at different maturities within one year in order to be sold to qualified investors without being offered to the public domestically, and to apply to the Capital Markets Board with the request for approval of the issuance document prepared for this purpose and to authorize the General Directorate of the Company to determine the amount, maturity and interest rate of each issuance and all other conditions related to the issuance and to fulfill all transactions in the issuance of debt instruments to be made within the issuance ceiling. Based on our decision, an application has been made to the Capital Markets Board and Borsa Istanbul AŞ as of today. We will share the developments about the process with the public in the upcoming period. It is respectfully announced to the public. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
